Through our team of dedicated staff and Property Managers we strive to protect and enhance the investment made by our clients in their homes and businesses by ensuring that their properties are safe, secure and well maintained. Shore to Slope Management Services Inc. was incorporated on February 1st, 1991 by Gary Kennedy. Through humble beginnings managing a few condo corporations in Cranberry Village we have grown to manage over 60 condominium and commercial properties. In 2021, we celebrated 30 years of service.

Serving the Georgian Triangle and surrounding areas, Shore to Slope Management Services Inc. has been headquartered at 10 Keith Avenue Unit 303 in Collingwood, Ontario since 2011 after outgrowing our previous location with satellites offices located around the region including the Village at Blue Mountain and Owen Sound.
