With over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, including custom home building and project management, Adam exemplifies professionalism and dedication in every aspect of his role.
Key Achievements and Roles:
Adam's extensive career began in Toronto, managing high-end residential projects and leading an eight-man crew on custom home constructions from 2002 to 2004. He then advanced to a Foreman and Carpenter role, focusing on residential construction and house flipping until 2014. As the owner and operator of Winn Renovations, a custom home building business in the GTA, he honed his skills in managing complex construction projects until 2022. At Shore to Slope, he has successfully initiated a co-op program in conjunction with Collingwood Collegiate Institute, aimed at fostering new talent in the industry.
