Gary, with over 30 years of experience in condominium management, serves as the President of Shore to Slope Management Services. His extensive experience has made him a pivotal figure in the industry, and he shows no signs of slowing down. Gary is renowned for his hands-on leadership style and dedication to mentoring junior staff.

Gary’s career took root in 1988 at Cranberry Village, a resort that grew from 14 to 23 condominium corporations under his management until 1994. His responsibilities spanned all aspects of property management, from overseeing technical audits and fee collections to addressing the community dynamics of people, pets, and parking. In 1991, he founded Shore to Slope Management Services Inc., committing full-time to this endeavor in 1994 as the company’s portfolio expanded.
Professional Development:
Gary earned his Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation from the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO).
He is a proud member of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and ACMO.
