Sheila Shears

Biography:

Sheila Shears is a highly experienced and accomplished professional in the property management industry. Currently, she holds the position of Licensed Property Manager with CMRAO and is also a Registered Condominium Manager with ACMO.

Sheila has been a valuable member of the Shore to Slope team since early 2017, when she joined as a Client Services Administrator. With her exceptional work ethic and dedication, she quickly rose through the ranks, earning a promotion to Assistant Property Manager in 2018. Before her move to Collingwood in 2015, Sheila spent her entire life in British Columbia and Alberta. During her time in Alberta, she gained extensive experience in day-to-day maintenance and renovations while managing apartments, condos, and single-family homes. Additionally, Sheila has a strong background in customer service. With a clear goal of becoming a Property Manager, Sheila worked closely with Property Managers and Client Services Administrators during her time as an Assistant Property Manager. She completed her education and work experience requirements in 2020, culminating in her current role as one of Shore to Slope's Lead Property Managers.
