Second- main bedroom w/ tv and queen bed, second bedroom (kids room) has a single bed and another roll away single for another guest, third bedroom with a queen bed as well as a full bath. The laundry room is conveniently located on the upper floor adjacent to the bedrooms.

Fully Finished Basement- Includes a separate living space with tv, treadmill and desk/workstation, guest bedroom w/ queen bed and full bathroom.

Parking: large driveway with space for 2 vehicles.

Terms: Upon acceptance, a 50% deposit is required within 5 business days of signing. Second 50% deposit is due 14 days prior to taking occupancy. Utilities are in addition to the rental rate (estimated at $300/month) and will be settled out of the $2,000 damage deposit following the end of the tenancy. $2,000 damage/utility deposit will be due 14 days prior to taking occupancy. Final cleaning to be arranged by Shore to Slope will be settled out of the damage deposit following the end of the tenancy.
