Master comes with a king bed and ensuite with large walkin shower. Second bedroom features a large front facing window, closet and queen bed.

The basement is a finished space for entertaining guests and includes two more bedrooms with queen beds in each. Plenty of comfortable sitting space, gas fireplace and large tv, dry bar area and treadmill for exercise. This separate living space also has a desk for remote working and a full bathroom for your guests or kids. 

The gorgeous backyard space backs onto the trail and comes with a gas bbq to grill on those milder winter days.

Guests will have access to half of the garage (enough room for one vehicle) and the driveway will hold another two vehicles. Snow removal on the driveway is included in the rental rate.

50% deposit is due within 5 business days of signing the contract and the remaining 50% plus damage/utility deposit is due 14 days prior to taking occupancy. Utilities are on top of the rental rate and will be taken out of the damage/utility deposit following the end of the tenancy. Damage deposit is $2,500.
