Southern Georgian Bay- including Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, Blue Mountain, Thornbury Meaford and everywhere in between is known for being a four-season outdoor playground. Activities to look forward to include skiing, swimming or lounging on the beach, golfing, canoeing, paddle boarding, horse back riding, zip lining and so much more.
So much care has been put into the remodeling of this Collingwood Home. All bedrooms are located on the main level. Open concept living/dining area for entertaining, large windows shower the rooms with plenty of natural light. Driveway can hold up to 4 vehicles.
WIFI is included in the rental rate. Utilities are the tenants responsibility and must be put in tenants name for the duration of the stay. Tenant must provide proof of tenants insurance. 50% deposit is due upon signing and 50% is due 14 days prior to taking occupancy. $1,000 damage/utility deposit due 14 days prior to taking occupancy. Cancellation for full refund must occur 120 days prior to taking occupancy. No refunds for early departures.
