Indoor fireplace in the living area to gather with family, full kitchen and separate dining space. Main bedroom has a unique den space surrounded by windows to sip on your morning coffee and curl up with your favourite book. Nice size fenced in backyard where the birds and squirrels like to play. Driveway has space for one vehicle. Another vehicle can be parked on the side of the road in the summer months.

Tenant must provide proof of tenants insurance. 50% deposit is due upon signing and 50% is due 14 days prior to taking occupancy. $1,500 damage/utility deposit due 14 days prior to taking occupancy. Cancellation for full refund must occur 120 days prior to taking occupancy. No refunds for early departures.
