Blair Henderson is the newest addition to the Shore to Slope team, where he serves as a Condominium Manager. Bringing over 8 years of specialized experience in mixed condominium management, Blair's solid knowledge of the Condominium Act and associated laws ensures our operations adhere to the highest standards. His innovative and analytical approach to project and production management has already begun to make significant impacts.

Blair's professional journey in condominium management includes significant roles at Forest Hill Kipling and Wilson Blanchard Management Inc., where he managed a diverse portfolio of properties and was responsible for annual budget preparation, contract administration, and site work management. Prior to joining the condominium management sector, Blair founded and developed the Print Management Group from a start-up to a key industry player, demonstrating his strong entrepreneurial drive and leadership skills.
Professional Development:
- Earned a General License in Condominium Management from CMRAO.
- Holds a B.A. Honors in Political Science and Geography from York University and a Diploma in Marketing from Humber College.

He has also held various leadership roles in community organizations, including being the Director, Treasurer, and President of a Condominium Corporation, where he led significant property upgrades.
