Company ProfileIncorporation:Shore to Slope Management Services Inc. was incorporated in the Province of Ontario on February 1, 1991 Chart of Officers:Shore to Slope Management Services Inc. currently operates with one share. Gary Kennedy Owns 100% of the Corporation. Employees:Shore to Slope Management Services Inc. currently employs between 10 to 15 full and part time people. Most notably; Gary Kennedy. From 1988 to 1994, I was the Property Manager of Cranberry Village, a Resort that in 1988 contained 14 Condominium Corporations. Since that time there have been 9 additional Corporations registered, and my responsibilities included every aspect of property Management from tendering the original engineering technical audit upon registering of the Condominium, to collection of common expense fees and dealing with the ongoing 3 P’s of Condominiums, People, Pets and Parking. I incorporated Shore to Slope in 1991 and had my first client contract in early 1993. Jacinta Richens is our Office Manager, and has resided in Collingwood for 35 years. She has been in the property management/resort business since 1992. Jacinta has education in Accounting and graduated with honours as a Legal Secretary. Jacinta was employed part-time with Re/Max as Office Administrator during her College years and met Gary originally at Cranberry Resort where she held many positions over a 10 year period from Accounting Clerk to Administrative Assistant to the General Manager. Jacinta came on board in September 2004 after 2 years at Georgian Manor Resort in Member Services. She works very closely with Gary and is his sounding board for ongoing issues. Jeff Struewing is our Project Manager. Jeff comes to us with a diverse background, including graphic design, IT, and security installation and pre-wire. Jeff has been on both sides of the desk with respect to Shore to Slope. He was a reliable vendor when it came time to publish client newsletters and produce annual general meeting notices. Further, Jeff has been instrumental in keeping the company network ticking. Jeff has assumed the roll of Project Manager, and has taken over all aspects of client maintenance and RCI Points conversion. In addition, Jeff has recently received his AFO certification Susan Roy has resided in Collingwood for 30 years. She has over 15 years in the financial services industry. Since graduating from the University of Waterloo in 1990, where she specialized in accounting and economics, Susan has earned her Certified Financial Planners designation and successfully completed the Canadian Mutual Fund and Canadian Securities courses. Her last position was as an Investment Representative at Investment Planning Counsel. Susan was hired June 2005 as our Senior Bookkeeper. Torrie Holden came on board with Shore to Slope this year as our Client Services Administrator. She was recently introduced to the Accounting Department as a Bookkeeper and will be assisting Susan in the daily accounting functions. Paul Rogers has resided in Collingwood for about 11 years. Paul was Manager/buyer for Shoppers DrugMart and then was self employed in Home Renovations and Construction for 2 years. Blue Mountain Resort acquired Paul as a Maintenance Technician and Shore to Slope was very fortunate to hire Paul June 2004 as one of our Full-Time Maintenance Technicians. Paul works very closely with Jeff and is our in-the-field Maintenance Gooroo. Tom Blackwood has resided in Nottawa for about 20 years. Tom has come to us with over 11 years experience at Blue Mountain Resort. Previous to that Tom was a builder and carpenter. As one of our Full-Time Maintenance Technicians, Tom also works very closely with Jeff. Melissa McCarthy is our full time receptionist. She graduated from the Business Administration course at Toronto School of Business. Melissa grew up in Creemore and attended Stayner High. Client History:Currently Shore to Slope Management Services Inc. has a number of Corporate clients. Simcoe Condominium Corporation No. 5, since May 1998 Collingate Mews Though Property Management Services have become relatively standard, they can certainly be tailored to any situation.
